Why RowPlan exists

I managed two vineyards—and still needed three calls to understand one day.

At 08:00 I called for the plan. At 11:00, for attendance. At 16:00, because the workers had disappeared. It had rained—but I had no place to see that.

Costs lived in separate files. Irrigation lived on coloured paper maps. Nobody could answer how often a parcel was watered, how many litres it received, or whether part of the record was missing.

I built RowPlan to keep the plan, attendance, progress, irrigation, labour and cost together. Every parcel stays visible, and everyone works from the same facts.

01Is RowPlan only for large vineyards?

No. Every customer receives the same RowPlan features. A 30 ha vineyard has the same access to planning, maps, records and reports as a 1,000 ha estate; pricing changes with vineyard surface.

02What is included in onboarding?

We digitize the vineyard map, prepare roles and access, teach the basics and set up the first working week. Onboarding is charged once, not every month.

03How much daily administration does it add?

RowPlan is designed around a typical daily close of roughly five minutes. The manager records the real work once, including completed, partial and postponed parcels.

04Can we add operations that are specific to our vineyard?

Yes. RowPlan includes common mechanized, manual, irrigation and specialist operations, and you can add the work types your own vineyard uses.

05What is different for the manager and the owner?

The manager works with plans, people, machines, parcels and daily completion. The owner reads progress, labour, exceptions and cost from that same shared record.

06Which reports and cost modules are available?

Work, people-hours, worked area, parcel history and weekly progress are available now. Total cost per hectare, variety and operation, harvest yield and final cost per kilogram are the next modules currently being completed.

07Will new RowPlan features be available to existing customers?

Yes. RowPlan is continuously updated, and improvements become automatically available to every customer rather than being reserved for larger vineyards.
