Purpose of the website
The website presents RowPlan, explains its intended vineyard-management functions and allows professional users to request information or a demonstration.
Website content is general business information. It is not agricultural, employment, accounting, tax or legal advice and should not replace decisions made by qualified professionals.
Enquiries do not create a contract
Sending an email, completing the enquiry details or attending a demonstration does not create a customer contract, reserve capacity or oblige either party to proceed.
Any subscription, onboarding work, service level, implementation scope or other commercial commitment becomes binding only when confirmed in a separate written agreement accepted by RowPlan and the customer.
Product screens and planned functions
We aim to describe the current product accurately. Screens marked as live product show RowPlan in operation; screens marked as illustrative previews show the intended direction of functions that may still be under development.
Product functions, layouts and workflows may improve over time. A demonstration and the final written offer determine what is included for a customer at the start of the service.
Pricing information
Website prices are indicative business-to-business prices in euro and exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. A monthly equivalent shown for yearly billing does not change the fact that the yearly amount is charged according to the selected billing arrangement.
Vineyard surface, onboarding work, taxes and agreed implementation scope can affect the final charge. The written offer and customer agreement prevail if website information differs from the final commercial terms.
Intellectual property
The RowPlan name, logo, website design, copy, product screens, software concepts and other original material are owned by or licensed to RowPlan and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, reverse engineer, remove ownership notices from, or create misleading derivative material from the website or product screens without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a level that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful or misleading activity.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, RowPlan, its customers or other visitors.
Availability and external links
We work to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will always be complete and current. Maintenance, security work or circumstances outside our control may interrupt access.
